Healthy Breakfast Recipe – Broccoli & Feta Omelette

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as we break the fasting period of previous night. Healthy breakfast provides required energy to be active throughout the day, also do not forget that breakfast is mandatory if you want to lose weight. Skipping breakfast will result in having high sugar foods later in the day.

Healthy breakfast should consist of protein, calcium, B vitamins and iron to be healthy and happy. Keeping this in mind we have a healthy breakfast recipe with the following ingredients

One cup of chopped Broccoli
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of Feta Cheese
1/4th cup Parsley
Salt to taste
Chilli Flakes
Brown Bread

# Preparation of Healthy Breakfast Recipe:-

Heat a non-stick pan and coat the pan with cooking spray. Add one cup of chopped broccoli to the pan and stir fry it for 3 minutes.

Add some salt according to your taste and cover the lid. Let it cook for a minute.

Now, crack the eggs and add them in the pan. Scramble the eggs and stir it till it mixes well with broccoli.

Add 2 teaspoons of crumbled feta cheese, parsley, pepper and chilli flakes, mix it well.

Serve it with brown bread.
