So many vegan recipes call for mock meats/soy products, which isn’t necessarily bad as they can be a great source of protein but I prefer meals that include more veggies/whole plants like most of your recipes so thank you! Also, i’ve never tried ackee so i’m excited.
I LOVE these! I get so tired of seeing the same smoothie bowl, oatmeal or avocado toast breakfast recipes, so these make such a nice change, especially since I prefer savoury breakfast any day! I’ll be trying these at the weekend <3

It’s quite entertaining to watch Rachel as usual. I know that she is healthy because you can look at her skin it always seems to glow. That helps when you’re looking to change your lifestyle and diets it’s interesting to see people who are also looking good and living good. The jerk beans were a new one I’d like to try and the Ackee for an egg substitute is something I will borrow as well. Keep em coming sis.

I can’t thank you enough for making this video! I am trying to stop eating tofu so much because too much of anything is bad for you, but people keep buying me tofu and right now I have THREE KINDS OF TOFU in my fridge that I have to eat this week or else they spoil. I need to go on a tofu-free cleanse for a while, and this has just the recipes to help me!!
