Bread Egg Masala is a quick and easy breakfast recipe consisting of bite-sized pieces of bread and scrambled eggs in a spicy tomato onion gravy!

Bread – 5 to 6 slices, any variety;
Eggs – 3 to 4 no.;
Onions – sliced, 1 ½ cups;
Tomato – pureed/crushed/finely chopped, ½ cup;
Ginger – finely chopped, 1 tsp;
Garlic – finely chopped, 3 to 4 cloves;
Bell peppers/capsicum – sliced, ½ cup;
Spices – ½ tsp each of turmeric powder and res chilli powder, a tsp each of coriander powder and garam masala powder, crushes black pepper to taste;
Salt to taste;
Cooking oil – 1 to 2 tbsp.
