Thanks for the recipe, but eno aerates the batter, rather than fermenting it. Actually, this version is less healthy than the traditional way, where actual bacterial fermentation occurs, predigesting the batter for us.
I tried this method. Not everyone will like the taste.. 😛 It is healthy, but don’t expect it to taste as good as a normal Dosa tastes. 🙂 EDIT: BTW This is the 1st time i was successful in making round dosas LOL
