Hou Guy’s talk in Some of your video’s Aboutaleb how Homans are made for a vegetarian/vegan diet. Well that’s simply not true, humans are omnivores meaning that we are designed to eat both plant and meat based produce. This is shown in both our teeth and digestive track. First off, the teeth, we have teeth to cut meat at the front, these teeth are also present in carnivores like tigers (just on a lager scale). The teeth we have at the back of our mouths are the grinders the grind down plants. Second, the digestive tracks. Humans have a medium sized digestive track ( in comparison to our bodies) which is the perfect condition to eat like a omnivore. Further the enzymes in our digestive tracks are made to digest both meat and plants. If humans where made to be herbivores we would have much larger digestive tracks than we do now. Humans have thrived on this planet because of our capability to eat both plant and meat so stop trying to throw out that meat part.

I’m going to try this with a few changes, garlic instead of onion and no mushrooms, and perhaps two carrots instead of one. Is red quinoa the best, or can I use white?

+ That Vegan Couple Thanks so much for this recipe. I never thought of using Quinoa! It’s a brilliant idea. I don’t really like using alot of soy products as a general rule, & find that alot of mock meat made from soy, is not so tasty anyway, so using quinoa is a great meat/soy substitute. And I would have never thought of using mustard in the recipe either, so I’ve learnt alot from this video. I really enjoy recipe videos as I find that I’m not too good for inspiration with recipes, so any ideas/tips I can gloss from others, is appreciated. Keep the recipe vids coming, guys. Cheers from Melbourne.
