Balsamic Grilled Shrimp and Vegetables – Healthy Shrimp and Veggies Recipe

These balsamic grilled shrimp and vegetables are so good, and such a healthy way to get your veggies in. The shrimp and vegetables are marinated in a balsamic sauce, and grilled to the perfect flavor and texture.

2 red bell peppers and 1 yellow bell pepper
1 medium red onion
1/2 lb Asparagus
2 Zucchinis
2 Yellow squash
3 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbs red wine vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste


1 lb shrimp
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tbs red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Few drops of sesame oil
Garnish with more balsamic vinegar, fresh parsley and Feta cheese

I have used this basket several times now for veggies for fajitas, grilled squash etc. it works very well. Flip it over and cook salmon or halibut fillets. It has held up very well, easy clean up. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely LOVE this! I have been grilling a basket of veggies every weekend since my purchase. I can put a head of broccoli, cauliflower, two zucchinis, two yellow squash, one red bell pepper and 1/2 an onion in this basket! It is deep enough so I can turn the veggies easily without them spilling out (used to have a grill ‘tray’ – worthless). I would highly recommend this to any one of my dear friends or family and purchase again!

I have purchased the same grill basket and LOVE it! I use it for grilling vegetables (mushrooms are the best) as well as small pieces of chicken and fish. Much better than using a skillet on the stove as the vegetables remain juicy and do not become soggy

Excellent grill basket!!! Great grill basket that’s right-sized and heavy gauge stainless for good, even cooking. It’s very well constructed with attention to detail. The holes are just the right size. We enjoy our veggies grilled and this works great. Clean up was easy using.
