Super Easy Sticky Hoisin Chicken Wings X Asian Buffalo Wings Recipe – The Best Sweet & Savory Wings!

Serves 3 -pax

5 full chicken wings
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of Chinese rice wine
Stems from 2 stalks of spring onion – lightly smashed
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
0.5 teaspoon of chicken stock powder
1 tablespoon of cornflour

3 cloves of chopped garlic
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon of low sodium light soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
1.5 tablespoons of brown sugar
