Easy Asian Garlic and Pepper Shrimp Recipe

This is one of the easiest and delicious stir fry shrimp recipe that I have made. Hope you guys enjoy this garlic and pepper shrimp recipe.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound of shrimp
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3 teaspoons vegetable oil

I have a question I’ve noticed that a lot of Asian people and Chinese food restaurants cook the shrimp with the shell/skin on.. do you eat it whole or are you suppose to peel before eating it, which is what I do, but I feel like all the flavor stays on the skin and it’s wasted.. I hope this doesn’t come out like I’m being racist or like I’m stereo typing I’m genuinely curious because Idk.. thanks!
