6 oz (170g) Red Cabbage
5 oz (142g) Green Cabbage
3 oz (85g) Carrot
3.5 oz (100g) Broccoli
0.5 oz (14g) Cilantro
1 oz (28g) Almonds
1 Tbsp Ginger
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Black Sesame Seeds
Chow Mein Noodles

1- Chop the green cabbage, red cabbage and broccoli.
2- Grate the carrot and fresh ginger.
3- Mince the cilantro.
4- Fine slice the almonds.
