so i was looking for something to do with my pork chops but found this and got inspired. so i cut the pork chops into one inch cubes and then used your marinating except instead of the chinese cooking wine i used a sake cooking wine. I then used a sweet onion instead of the green onions (love green onions but didn’t have any on hand) i fallowed the rest of the recipe to a T except i added about a teaspoon of samba into the souse with the sugar water and soy souse. Then i put it on top of some instant jasmine rice. I wanted to share this for those of your fans who really love pork and needed something new to do with there pork chops plus it turned out AMAZING!!
i will try this tomorrow for our dinner 🙂
