I turn my pan up as high as it will go but I just end up with my meat swimming in liquid instead of browning. I use the avocado oil from Costco that you have used in your videos. I have tried using a nonstick pan, stainless steel pan, and a cast iron pan. I only have an electric stove. Is there a way to do this with enough meat and vegetables for 5 people?

cococrunchize says:

i did this today it was really good

derrviel says:

Tried it, loved it. But this is very very salty and sweet. If you’re making this dish, reduce the amount of those deadly-salty condiments like HOISIN and GARLIC CHILLI sauces and dilute it with some chicken stock. This dish won’t be a healthy one.
