Turkish Pide Recipe (Meat Stuffed Pizza Like Bread)

Learn how to make meat stuffed delicious Turkish Pide (Pizza like dish)
1 egg
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1/2 cup plain Turkish yogurt
about 3-4 cups plain all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp dry yeast
for the filling:
2 medium onions
3-4 tbsp olive oil
500gr. minced meat
2 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 tsp tomato and red pepper paste
1 medium tomato
salt, red pepper flakes to taste
1 tbsp butter (optional)
