· 2 tablespoons oil, canola or vegetable
· 1 teaspoon ginger paste
· 1tablespoon coarsely ground coriander, dhania
· 2 teaspoons coarsely ground fennel seeds, saunf
· 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
· 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
· 1 teaspoon mango powder, amchoor
· Approx. 1 tablespoon thinly sliced ginger
· Approx. 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green chili in rounds

I saw this video and finished cooking it about 20 minutes after seeing it. I made it for a side of veg cutlets for the kids. Left out the chiles, and used a teaspoon of ginger juice instead of the sliced ginger. They finished the potatoes before the cutlets, so I know this must be tasty. I didn’t get to even try it.
