Samosa – Indian Appetizer Recipe

Vegetable Samosas are triangular pastry crusts filled with a spicy potato mixture and deep fried until golden. They are usually served with Tamarind Chutney or Mint Chutney. I just made these samosas…they are absolutely delicious. But doubled the recipe and made 14 with lots if filling left over. My guests will love these next week at our Indian Theme Dinner. Thank you for posting. I am freezing them in the meantime and hope when I reheat them in the oven they will be just as crispy as they are today.
