Learn how to make super easy Rui fish cooked in Curd and Mustard seeds gravy .This is an Indian fish recipe and it is prepared in typical Bengali method. In the eastern region of India, generally people used to fry the fish slightly and then it is cooked with Curd , mustard paste and spices and other ingredients. This recipe is good combination with any kind of steamed rice.
Ingredients :-
Rui fish – 3 pieces (I am using rohu fish here)
Kalojeera – 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil – 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds paste – 1 tbsp
Tok Doi/ curd – 2 tbsp
Green chilies – 2 green (cut in half)
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
