1 3/4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tsp coconut oil
3 tbls maple syrup
2 tbls unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
organic dark chocolate

Those look great but I might suggest a little drizzle of coconut oil or crisco to some vegan chocolate chips so the balls dip easier and the chocolate is more fluid

thank you for making a vegan recipe! i’m definitely going to make these. while the ones you made are vegan, suggesting using honey or regular milk would make them non-vegan. also the chocolate should be bittersweet or dark chocolate (check the ingredients for milk) to keep it vegan.
you should definitely make some more vegan recipes! i work in a candy store and i can’t eat about 80% of the store due to being vegan so i want some sweets
