In this video, I show you 2 ways I make Nigerian Goat Meat Recipe.
This meat can be use to make Nigerian Stew, eaten with rice, cooked in vegetable stew, or just eaten plain.
Goat Meat (cut and washed)
Maggi (bouillon cubes)
Salt to taste.
Cut and Wash Goat according to designed size.
Chop onion into medium size
Add water to goat
Add seasonings and onion
Option 1: Cook till tender on stove like you would when boiling meat
Option 2: Cook in pressure cooker for 20 mins
Bake in oven 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
The broth can be used in making pepper soup, stew, rice, vegetable stew.
