coriander 250 gm
red chilies mild 100 gm
cumin seeds 5 gm
turmeric 10 gm
pepper 10 gm
cloves 2 gm
cinnamon 5 gm
pepper corns 2 tsp
roast separately red chilies and coriander .
add cumin and remove from fire add pepper turmeric cloves, cinnamon and fennel .
mix will and powder fine.
