I have a question regarding cashews and dates…. My research points to cashews not being really raw. They’ve got to be steamed at a high temperature in order to extricate them from their toxic covering. And when I went to my local food co op to buy several varieties of organic dates, I had them contact the various companies and found that they ALL steam them after drying at high temps in order to plump them! What say you all?
