Chef Harpal brings a smile to my face when he cooks! Sanjeev, there are very few cooks who can do that and both you and Harpal have mastered that technique.
prepared it today.. It was very yummmm..
I’d like to wash my meat at least 3-4 times but it is very tough to do that with mince, even with a strainer. Hence I devised my own technique. I wash fat less diced lamb meat thoroughly. pat them dry. micro them for 5 minutes. Run them in a kitchen processor and here I have my mince
