Cook up this quick and easy 5-star main dish in less than 30 minutes. Cod, haddock, or grouper also work well with this tasty fish recipe.
Looking for a simple fish dinner? Try this easy recipe for baked fish fillets. You can use any firm white fish; cod, haddock, or grouper work well.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 5 ounces fish)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°.
Place fish in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine lime juice, mayonnaise, onion powder, and pepper in a small bowl, and spread over fish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs; drizzle with butter. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with parsley.
Notes: Haddock or cod would make good substitutes for the grouper. Adjust the baking time depending on the thickness of the fish.

Cant see how this is gonna be tasty without more seasoning, but we shall see in a bout an hour, brb to let you know how it came out.
It’d be nice to list or mention measurements
Absolute shit
i mix the crumbs right in with the mayo(i use lemon juice) mixture, and instead of using butter, i also mix a little parmesan cheese 🙂 really yummy
Looks delicious, but the bread crumbs, is there a video on how it’s made.

Gots to be a Paula Deen recipe.
The link to the recipe doesnt work correctly but i was able to find it http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/easy-baked-fish-fillets
A good example of poor teaching is to leave out important details like what temperature
ive been eating fish just about 3x a week since I saw yer video on how to bake this. thx !!!!!
how is this healthy with that greasy butter n mayo
Can people not read ? It plainly tells you the EXACT cooking instructions and recipe in the description. This is awesome , I used tarter sauce in place of mayo and added a few drops of hot sauce for flavor . Good stuff.
love this recipe.. its easy and delicious..thank you for posting it
Very unique accent and great recipe! Thanks!
425° in C or in F ?
How is this healthy lol
all gay
dafuq that was easy
This is a VERY GOOD recipe! Even my pickiest teenager loved it! I will add different spices next time to the mayo mixture just to make different but as is, I had to stop myself from eating it. I used sole (which was very thin compared to your fish) so I cut the baking time in half! The crust was the best part : all the taste but a fraction of the calories since its only one side and its not fried in oil! A great recipe to keep and do over and over again! Thanks sooooo much.
Could you write the ingredients down in the description of the video, so we can easily know what we need. Thank you! Great video
You guys really want healthy? Then no seasoning or sauce. That is the healthiest you can eat any protein. Doesn’t taste that great though….. 🙁
it was the best fish I’ve had in a long time
what did you pour after the mayo?
what is the oven temperature?
we need the temp…retarded!
made this today for lunch was fantastic thank you!
didn’t work out, taste was dull 🙁
Shit
what happens if you dont add the butter ? i know its healthy but will it make it not so crunchy ? or will it be too soft ?
That’s not healthy
i have made this 4 times now and every time it was delicious. the fish i used was cod. i set the oven on 400 degrees instead of 425. and baked for 15 min. the fish was not a thick piece, just a nice fillet
