ginger – 1 tsp
garlic – 1 tsp
soy souce – 1 tsp
lemon juice – 1 tsp
white pepper – 1/2 tsp
salt – 1/2 tsp
cornflour – 2 tsp

spring roll sheet / wrapper as required

For flour glue:
flour – 2 tbsp
water – 3 tbsp
