Chinese steamed meat bun/baozi recipe – Food At Home

This is Chinese steamed meat bun called baozi. I’ve used mantou steamed bun dough to make this meat bun. you can stuff any kind of meat or vegetable.

Ingredients for stuffing:
minced meat 200g(you may want to take some extra just in case you add more stuffings)
napa cabbage 100g
spring onion 1/2 cup
soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
water 2tbsp
oil 1-2 tbsp
white pepper 1tsp
ginger 1tsp
garlic1tsp
chili oil to taste
sesame oil 1/2 tsp(or few drops if you don’t like strong flavor)
