Fish fillets – 8-10 small pieces,
Garlic – 1/2 tsp paste,
Corn flour – 2 tbsp,
Garlic – 1 tsp, chopped,
Ginder – 1 tsp, chopped,
Spring onion – 2 tsp,
Onion – 1 large, cube pieces,
(Red, Yellow, Green) bell pepper – 1 cup, cube pieces,
Salt to test,
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp,
Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp,
Soya sauce – 1 tsp,
Vinegar – 1 tsp,
Oil – 3 tbsp,
Marinate the fish with garlic paste, soya sauce, corn flour and salt. leave it for 1 hour.
Heat the oil , fry the fist pieces.
In the same oil add ginger and garlic chopped, fry it for few seconds.
Put onion and bell peppers and fry it for 2 min.
Add three kind of sauces, mix.
Then add water into it, mix well, cook it for 2 min.
Add fried fish pieces, vinegar and spring onion.
Cook for another 2 min, serve hot.
