How to cook General Tso’s Chicken | Punjabi Style Hot & Spicy Chicken Breast in Easy Steps.
Step 1: marinating Chicken
1= lbs. Chicken Breast Boneless / Skinless
¼= cup Corn Starch | 1/3= cup All Purpose Flour
Step 2: for Tadka
2= Tbsp. Olive Oil
3= Scallions | 3= Garlic Cloves
2= Green Chilli | 1= Tbsp. Ginger
Step 3: making a Sauce
1= Tbsp. Sesame Oil | ¼= cup Chicken Stock
1= Tbsp. Soy Sauce | 2= Tbsp. Sugar
1= Tbsp. Cooking Red Wine / Vinegar
1= Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce | 1/3= cup Oyster Sauce
1= Tsp Fish Sauce | 1= Tsp Olive Oil
Need oil to fry Chicken, Garnish the dish with Cilantro and Sesame Seed ….serve and ENJOY!!
