Preheat the oven at 200 °C

3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
Salt to taste
Black Pepper
Garlic powder
Chilli powder
Chicken Wings

For Sauce:
4 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
2 tbsp Honey
Lemon juice
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
Black Pepper
Garlic powder

Method of preparation:
In a bowl sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, chilli powder, garlic powder together and mix well.
Add dry chicken wings to the flour mixture and coat it completely.
Place the chicken wings on the wire rack, grease it with oil and bake it at 200 °C for 40 minutes.
Toss the baked chicken wings into the sauce.

For Sauce:
In a bowl add whole grain mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, chilli flakes, black pepper, garlic powder and mix well.

Our Baked Chicken Wings are ready to serve.
