Can you buy round puff pastry in the US? All I see here is the tri-fold frozen pastry that are in rectangle shape.

If you round puff pastry you need the roll the puff pastry till a plate will fit on it and cut around he edge of the plate.

I’ve never seen round puff pastry here in the US, so how is this made? is it rolled out and cut into circles, is the pesto store bought or homemade? this video tells me pretty much nothing about how to really do this, nothing is explained just a video of anonymous hands making something round, which is too bad because this looks like something I would like to try and probably still will but these videos with hands and music and not much else is pointless.
