Today I am making famous Bihar ki recipe ” Dhuska”.This very tasty Breakfast recipe.

Ingredients:

For Batter:

1 cup Basmati Rice
1/2 cup Chana Dal
1/4 Urad Dal
4-5 green chiilies
2 ginger pieces
1 cup water
Chopped coriander leaves
oil to cook

1/2 cup green peas
1/4 table spoon haldi ( turmeric powder)
1/2 table spoon cumin powder ( jeera powder)
1/4 table spoon hing (asfoetida)
1/2 table spoon red chilli powder(lal mirch powder)
Salt to taste
